A Little Story from The Field

I started this work because I felt the shift myself—moving into new seasons of life, noticing how my body changed, how what I needed from movement changed. I figured if I needed this space, then so many women did too. Over the years I’ve watched women arrive at a session on something of a shoestring day, perhaps a little tired, perhaps unsure, and leave with a buoyant heart, a lighter body and a smile. You might find yourself saying: “I forgot how good it feels just to move and breathe in a space that’s for me.”

When you’re navigating perimenopause or post-menopause, you might have noticed subtle (or not so subtle) changes: energy levels, mood, muscle strength, sleep, joints, pelvic floor. The movement we’ll do supports hormonal balance, mobility, bone health, posture and emotional wellbeing. Because you deserve movement that meets you where you are, not a one-size-fits-all gym class.
