I came to Pilates class as a very unsure, nervous and stiff post hip replacement patient My muscle in my hip didn't work so well and in general I was pretty unfit Since coming to the classes my core strength has improved, my general fitness has improved and if I didn't tell you, you wouldn't know I've had a hip replacement! I put this down to these classes gently guiding me through with understanding and humour, along with a deep knowledge on how our bodies work I'm so pleased I found her classes.
